Cassette Futurism

Cassette futurism is a retrofuturistic aesthetic that imagines the future as 1970s and 80s technology design pictured it, chunky and utilitarian rather than sleek. 1980s VHS-tape aesthetics run through the garments. Magnetic tape textures cover the surfaces. Boxy silhouettes reference the hardware of the analog era, in retrofuturist color palettes.
