Mall Goth

Mall goth is the accessible 2000s goth aesthetic sold through chain stores like Hot Topic, built on band tees and fishnet, and it made the subculture mainstream-accessible by commercializing it. Hot Topic-style band tees are the base. Black cargo pants cover the bottoms. Platform boots go below. Studded belts, excessive chains, and spiked accessories go over the top, with black fishnet layers underneath.
