Polka Dot Girl

Polka dot girl describes both a fashion trend and the person who wears it, someone who reaches for polka dots constantly and does it chicly. Outfits often run monochromatic in black and white, sometimes with a pop of red or another color. Midi skirts and layered or bubble hem skirts cover the bottoms. Button up blouses and babydoll shirts go above them. A-line and babydoll dresses cover the rest, with stockings or knee high socks below and mary janes or ballet flats on the feet.
