Tweencore

Tweencore emerged in the early 2000s, describing the maximalist, colorful clothing marketed to tweens through shops like Justice, Claire's, and Aeropostale. Rainbows, violet, and pink fill the palette, alongside zebra and leopard print in unnatural colors. Glitter and rhinestones cover the surfaces, with motifs like mustaches, tacos, and slogan tees. Miniskirts and low-waist jeans cover the bottoms. Tank tops and babydoll-style shirts go above them. Sneakers and fun socks go below, with Juicy Couture tracksuits over the top.
