Weeaboo, often shortened to weeb, is a term coined in the early 2000s for a non-Japanese person obsessed with Japanese pop culture. Outfits carry elements drawn from anime and manga. Japanese subcultures supply the rest. Color palettes tend to mix black with pastels.
